Shipping Policy
At HushAbove, we offer free shipping worldwide on every order. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Estimated delivery times
Our products ship from our overseas fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery windows after dispatch:
- United States: 5–8 business days
- Canada: 10–18 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10–18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12–20 business days
- Rest of world: 12–25 business days
These are estimates. Delivery times can vary based on local postal services, customs processing, and seasonal demand (holidays may add a few days).
Tracking your order
Tracking is provided by email. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update. International packages are scanned less frequently than domestic ones — long gaps between tracking updates are normal and not a cause for concern.
Customs, duties, and import taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
In most cases, our shipping method covers basic customs clearance, but we can't guarantee that every package will be duty-free.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@hushabove.com. We'll work with our shipping partner to locate it. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement at no cost to you.
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute packages once they've shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for re-shipping costs.
